 一,儀(yí)器安裝
I. Instrument Installation

打開包(bāo)裝箱(xiāng),儀器(qì)包括(kuò)控(kòng)製器,爐體和淨(jìng)化(huà)吸收器(qì)三部分(fēn):
Open the packing case, you will see the three parts of the instrument, i.e. controller, furnace body and purification absorber.

1,安裝(zhuāng)爐體部分,首(shǒu)先安裝(zhuāng)矽(guī)碳管,兩(liǎng)個金屬片要離矽碳管邊有(yǒu)3mm,金(jīn)屬片(piàn)中間(jiān)墊(diàn)有兩(liǎng)個(gè)瓷片,一定(dìng)要靠(kào)中(zhōng)間,目(mù)的(dí)是防止短路(lù)和(hé)損壞(huài)矽(guī)碳(tàn)管。

1,Furnace body installation: First install the silicon carbide tube. Be sure that the two sheet metals are 3mm away from the edge of silicon carbide tube. Put two ceramic pads in the middle of the sheet metal for preventing short circuit and silicon carbide tube damage. 

螺絲(sī)上的瓷(cí)片(piàn)要放(fàng)好,否則(zé)會短路(lù)。然(rán)後緊固螺絲(sī),兩邊的螺絲要(yào)同步擰緊(jǐn),保持(chí)兩邊間隙一致,螺絲的鬆(sōng)緊一(yī)定掌(zhǎng)握好,太(tài)鬆容易(yì)打火,太(tài)緊容(róng)易擰(níng)爛矽碳管。最(zuì)好(hǎo)使(shǐ)用一個月(yuè)再緊固一(yī)下(xià),或(huò)者金屬片中間再(zài)加(jiā)個(gè)螺絲帽。然(rán)後(hòu)將兩(liǎng)個矽(guī)碳管連綫擰(níng)上(shàng),用螺(luó)絲(sī)帽固定緊。如果(guǒ)絕緣瓷碗較(jiào)鬆(sōng),要把(bǎ)綫皮(pí)擰(níng)一下,將(jiāng)瓷(cí)碗(wǎn)頂(dǐng)緊沒(méi)有(yǒu)間(jiān)隙(xì)。避免(miǎn)裸露銅(tóng)綫(xiàn)漏(lòu)電。
Correctly position the ceramic pads of the screw, or else short circuit may be caused. Then fasten the screw. The screws on both sides shall be simultaneously fastened with the same space kept. The degree of screw tightness must be proper. If too loose, sparking may occur, if too tight, the silicon carbide tube may break. The best practice is to refasten them after one month of use, or add a screw cap between the sheet metals. Then screw the wires of the two silicon carbide tubes and secure them with screw cap. If the insulation bowl is loose, screw the wire to tighten it until there is no space. Avoid bare copper wire from electric leakage.

2,把左側圓形(xíng)擋(dǎng)片(piàn)取下,看爐體內(nèi)是(shì)否有雜(zá)物,清(qīng)潔幹(gān)淨。然(rán)後(hòu)將矽碳(tàn)管送入爐體內(nèi),推到(dào)頭後(hòu)其(qí)實(shí)沒(méi)有到(dào)位,要抬(tái)一下(xià),使(shǐ)矽碳(tàn)管(guǎn)再進去一點兒上了(liǎo)台階(jiē)才(cái)算安(ān)裝到位。把左(zuǒ)側(cè)擋片安(ān)裝(zhuāng)上(shàng),緊固(gù)螺絲時(shí),要同(tóng)時(shí)晃(huǎng)動矽碳(tàn)管(guǎn),防(fáng)止(zhǐ)卡住(zhù)矽碳(tàn)管,將矽(guī)碳管擠(jǐ)爛。4條螺(luó)絲都擰緊後(hòu),保證(zhèng)矽(guī)碳管還是(shì)可以活動的。然後(hòu)插入異經(jīng)管,同(tóng)樣抬(tái)一下,使異經管(guǎn)再進去一點兒(ér)上(shàng)了台(tái)階。再緊(jǐn)固(gù)左(zuǒ)側的固(gù)定螺(luó)絲(sī),固定異(yì)經管。還(huán)要注意右(yòu)側送樣口(kǒu)異經管與爐(lú)體本(běn)身是(shì)否(fǒu)一致,不(bù)要錯位(wèi),否(fǒu)則做(zuò)實驗時(shí)送樣容(róng)易(yì)卡住(zhù)。
2,Take down the left round shied to see whether there are sundries in the furnace body and whether it is clean. Then feed the silicon carbide tube into the furnace body until it can not move forward. Then slightly lift it up to movie it inward more until it is on a step. Then install the left shied and fasten its screw while shaking the silicon carbide tube to prevent blocking and breaking the latter. Ensure that after 4 screws are tightened, the silicon carbide tube is also movable. Then insert the reducing pipe, also slightly lift it up to move it inward more onto the step. Then fasten the left retaining screw to secure the reducing pipe. Also pay attention that whether the reducing pipe at right feed port is consistent with the furnace body itself. Avoid dislocation, or the sample may be blocked in the experiment.

把(bǎ)熱電(diàn)偶的(dí)連綫接(jiē)好,將熱電偶的(dí)幾(jī)個(gè)螺絲都(dū)擰緊,再將熱電偶插入(rù)爐(lú)體(tǐ)中間的(dí)熱電偶孔(kǒng)內(nèi),用手(shǒu)抬一下(xià)矽碳管,看熱(rè)電偶(ǒu)是(shì)否會動,如(rú)果沒有動,說(shuō)明(míng)沒有插(chā)到位。最後(hòu)將(jiāng)插(chā)到位(wèi)的(dí)熱(rè)電偶(ǒu)退回(huí)1mm。緊固(gù)螺絲(sī)固定好熱(rè)電偶。
Connect the wire of thermocouple and screw the several screws of the thermocouples tight. After that, insert the thermocouple into the thermocouple hole in the furnace body. Then lift the silicon carbide tube by hand to see whether the thermocouple moves. If not, it means the thermocouple is not in place. At last, after it is in place, draw it back for 1mm. Fasten the screw to secure it.

3,安(ān)裝淨化器(qì)和(hé)電(diàn)解池(chí),注(zhù)意膠管的連接順(shùn)序,異(yì)經管和兩通閥(fá)之間用矽膠(jiāo)管連接(jiē),兩通(tōng)閥最(zuì)好用(yòng)凡士林(lín)塗抹,密(mì)封更(gēng)好。兩通(tōng)閥連接電解池其(qí)中(zhōng)一個有(yǒu)溶板(bǎn)的(dí)接(jiē)口,另(lìng)一個口(kǒu)連接淨化(huà)器(qì)上。電解池底(dǐ)部(bù)接(jiē)口連(lián)上一截(jié)膠管(guǎn),並用止水夾夾住。淨化(huà)器上(shàng)左邊兩(liǎng)個(gè)幹(gān)燥管上(shàng)下(xià)兩端(duān)堵上脫脂(zhī)棉,中間放入變色矽膠(jiāo),將膠塞擰緊(jǐn),不要漏(lòu)氣。
3,Installation of purifier and electrolytic tank: Pay attention to the connection order of rubber tubes. The reducing pipe and two-way valve are linked with silicone tube. It would be best to apply vaseline over the two-way valve, so that it will be sealed better. Connect the two-way valve with one of connector with solution plate of the electrolytic tank at one way, and with the purifier at the other way. The bottom port of the electrolytic tank is connected with a section of rubber tube and clamped with a water sealing clip. Both ends of the two drying tubes on the left of purifier are plugged with degreasing cotton with allochroic silicagel in the middle. Screw the rubber plug tight to avoid air leakage.

4,配製(zhì)電解(jiě)液(yè):稱取5克碘(diǎn)化(huà)鉀,5克溴化鉀,溶於(yú)250~300毫(háo)升蒸餾(liù)水中(zhōng),再加入10毫升冰(bīng)乙酸攪拌至完全(quán)溶解即可(kě)。電解液可(kě)重復(fù)使用(yòng),當PH<1需重新配(pèi)製(zhì)。
Preparation of electrolyte: Take 5g of potassium iodide and 5g of potassium bromide, dissolve both in 250~300mlof distilled water. Then add 10 ml of glacial acetic acid into the solution, mix them until they are completely dissolved. The electrolyte may be used repeatedly. It shall be re-prepared in case of PH<1.

 二,操作步驟(zhòu)
Ⅱ ,Operating steps

1,升(shēng)溫:打開(kāi)儀(yí)器右(yòu)邊(biān)送樣窗口(kǒu),合上(shàng)電源(yuán)開(kāi)關(guān),打印機自檢,送樣電機自(zì)動(dòng)復位,處(chǔ)待(dài)命狀態(tài)。儀(yí)器便自(zì)動(dòng)升溫(不用手(shǒu)工調(tiáo)節),初次使(shǐ)用最好(hǎo)使(shǐ)爐溫(wēn)升(shēng)到(dào)800℃時恒溫(wēn)30min(請使用(yòng)麵板“控(kòng)溫”鍵(jiàn)),關掉(diào)電(diàn)源開(kāi)關,冷卻到室溫。再重新開機(jī),升(shēng)到工(gōng)作溫度1050℃。
1,Warming up: Open the feed window on the right side of the instrument and switch on. Then the printer will check itself and the feed motor will reset automatically to be on standby. The instrument will warm up automatically (without manual adjustment). For first use, it would be best to let the furnace warm up to 800℃and keep the temperature for 30min (please use the“Temperorature control” key on the panel. ). Then switch off and let the furnace cool to the room temperature. Start the instrument again and let the furnace warm up to the operating temperature of 1050℃.

2,倒入或吸(xī)入(rù)電解液(yè),打開(kāi)二通閥(fá),氣泵(bèng),調節流(liú)量(liáng)計達到(dào)1000毫(háo)升/分,打開(kāi)攪(jiǎo)拌器,緩慢調節(jié)轉速(sù)到融(róng)板(bǎn)所(suǒ)出(chū)的(dí)氣泡與(yǔ)電解(jiě)液完(wán)全(quán)混(hùn)合均(jūn)匀即可(kě),儀器進(jìn)入待(dài)實(shí)驗狀(zhuàng)態(tài)。
2,Pour into or absorb electrolyte. Open the two-way valve and air pump. Adjust the flowmeter to 1000 ml/min.. Open the mixer and slowly adjust its rotating speed until the bubbles from solution plate are fully mixed with the electrolyte. Then the instrument enters the status of ready for experiment.

3,在瓷(cí)舟中稱取(qǔ)50mg±0.2mg左右混合(hé)均匀的試(shì)樣,於(yú)煤(méi)樣上(shàng)鋪蓋(gài)一薄層三氧化鎢,將瓷(cí)舟放入(rù)石(shí)英(yīng)托盤上,打開 “電解開關(guān)”,按(àn)“啟(qǐ)動”鍵(jiàn),輸入(rù)三位(wèi)數樣重(小數點(diǎn)不用輸(shū)入(rù)),再(zài)按“啟(qǐ)動”鍵(jiàn),試樣(yàng)自動被送入(rù)燃燒(shāo)爐,分(fēn)別在500℃和1050℃處停留已設定(dìng)好(hǎo)的時間,自(zì)動返(fǎn)回(huí),自(zì)動(dòng)打(dǎ)印,整個(gè)實驗過程(chéng)由(yóu)程序自動(dòng)執(zhí)行。

3,Take about 50mg±0.2mg of uniformly mixed sample from the porcelain boat. Cover a thin layer of tungsten trioxide over the coal sample. Put the porcelain boat on the quartz tray. Open“Electrolytic switch”press"start" key, input three-digit sample weight (no need to input digits after the decimal point), press"start" key again, the sample will be sent to combustion furnace again. Remain at 500℃and 1050℃respectively for the set durations. After then, return and print automatically. The whole experiment is executed by procedure automatically.  

4,用鑷子(勿用手)取(qǔ)下瓷舟,重復步(bù)驟3進行第(dì)二個樣(yàng)試(shì)驗。

注(zhù)意:〈1〉每次試驗(yàn)前(qián)必須(xū)做(zuò)幾個廢(fèi)樣(yàng),使電解(jiě)液達(dá)到平(píng)衡,即右顯示窗(chuāng)開始(shǐ)計數為止,也(yě)就是(shì)在正(zhèng)式(shì)測試試樣之前所(suǒ)作的(dí)廢(fèi)樣結果(guǒ)不(bù)是(shì)零才(cái)可以。
Take down the porcelain boat with tweezers (not by hand). Repeat step 3 for the second sample

Note: 〈1〉Prepare several waste samples before each test to balance the electrolyte, i.e. the right display window becomes to count, that is to say, the waste sample result is not zero before normal sample testing.

〈2〉實(shí)驗時(shí)"電解開關"必須打(dǎ)開(kāi),否則,永遠不(bù)會(huì)電(diàn)解(jiě)。嚴禁在電解(jiě)液攪拌狀態(tài)關閉下打開“電解開(kāi)關(guān)”。隻有在(zài)攪拌時才(cái)可。否則會汙(wū)染電(diàn)極(jí),影響測(cè)試精度。
〈2〉During experiment, the“electrolytic switch” must be switched on, or no electrolysis will occur. It is prohibited to switch on the“electrolytic switch” when the electrolyte mixing is closed. It can only be switched on when the electrolyte is being mixed. Or else, it will pollute the electrode and affect the test precision.

〈3〉試驗(yàn)最好連(lián)續進行,如中間間隔時間太長(cháng),在(zài)做試(shì)樣前應加(jiā)燒一個廢(fèi)樣。
〈3〉It would be best to carry out the test continuously. If there is a long interval between two tests, an additional waste sample shall be burnt before the latter test.

〈4〉 ,實(shí)驗結(jié)束,按(àn)“電(diàn)解(jiě)開關”鍵(jiàn),關掉(diào)電解(jiě),關閉(bì)二通閥,攪(jiǎo)拌(bàn)器,氣(qì)泵,放(fàng)出電解液(yè)(最好保存在(zài)棕(zōng)色(sè)磨口瓶(píng)內)以備下用(yòng)。用蒸餾水洗(xǐ)淨(jìng)電解池,關(guān)掉電(diàn)源(yuán)開(kāi)關。
〈4〉 ,After the experiment is over, press the“electrolytic switch”and close electrolysis, two-way valve, mixer and air pump. Discharge the electrolyte (best saved in brown grinding jar) for future use. Clean the electrolytic tank with distilled water. Switch off.  

三,常見故(gù)障(zhàng)維修(xiū)
III. Common Troubleshooting

1,ERR1—熱電偶接(jiē)反,將連綫反過來
1,ERR1—Inversed connection of thermocouple: Inverse the connection.

      ERR2—熱電偶開路,連綫斷(duàn)了(liǎo)或(huò)者熱(rè)電(diàn)偶損(sǔn)壞(huài)
      ERR2— Open circuit of thermocouple: The connection is broken or the thermocouple is damaged.

      ERR3—可控矽失(shī)控,加熱控(kòng)製元(yuán)器(qì)件(jiàn)固態繼電器損壞或者(zhě)其本身損壞
      ERR3— Silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) is out of control: Solid-state relay of the heating control component is damaged or the heating control component itself is damaged.

      ERR4—可(kě)控矽(guī)觸發後(hòu)沒有加熱電流,一般(bān)是矽(guī)碳管老(lǎo)化,需更換
      ERR4— No heating current is generated after triggering SCR: Usually because the silicon carbide tube is aged and needs changing.

      ERR5—電解池(chí)問(wèn)題,電解(jiě)液(yè)有問題或者液體(tǐ)太少(shǎo),或(huò)者是電解池損(sǔn)壞
      ERR5—Problem of electrolytic tank: The electrolyte has a problem or the liquid is too little, or the electrolytic tank is damaged.

      ERR6—送(sòng)樣卡(qiǎ),送(sòng)樣(yàng)棒卡(qiǎ)住,皮(pí)帶(dài)鬆動或(huò)者(zhě)電(diàn)機不轉(zhuǎn)
      ERR6—Feeding blocked: The feed bar is blocked, the belt is loose or the motor does not rotate.

      ERR7-送(sòng)樣器(qì)問(wèn)題(tí),送(sòng)樣位置檢(jiǎn)測元件,霍爾損壞
      ERR7-Feeder problem: The feed position detection Hall element is damaged.

2,淨(jìng)化器部分(fēn)氣路引(yǐn)起的(dí)實驗(yàn)結果做不準(zhǔn)的故障(zhàng)分(fēn)析
2,Troubleshooting for incorrect experimental result caused by gas circuit of purifier part

 故(gù)障原因(yīn)的幾(jī)點,淨化(huà)器(qì)幹(gān)燥管(guǎn)上端的(dí)膠塞(sāi)和下端的(dí)氣(qì)咀(jǔ),是(shì)否鬆動或堵(dǔ)塞(sāi)。電解池(chí)的(dí)溶(róng)板(bǎn),電(diàn)解(jiě)池(chí)下(xià)端的放液(yè)口(kǒu),二(èr)通(tōng)閥,幹燥(zào)管和(hé)所(suǒ)有(yǒu)的(dí)連接膠(jiāo)管都(dū)要檢(jiǎn)查。
Several causes: Whether the upper rubber plug and lower nozzle of dry pipe of the purifier are loose or blocked. Check the solution plate and the lower discharge outlet of the electrolytic tank, the two-way valve, dry pipe and all connection rubber tubes.

幹燥管的變色矽(guī)膠要(yào)經常(cháng)更換(huàn),否則淨化器(qì)的流量(liáng)計(jì)和(hé)氣(qì)泵進(jìn)水後會(huì)很(hěn)快(kuài)損壞。
The allochroic silicagel in the dry pipe shall be replaced frequently, or the flowmeter and air pump of purifier will be damaged soon if any water enters.

漏氣(qì)的檢查(chá),分(fēn)別捏(niē)住(zhù)電(diàn)解(jiě)池的左(zuǒ)右兩(liǎng)個(gè)接口,看(kàn)流量計(jì)指(zhǐ)示是否(fǒu)會下(xià)降,從(cóng)而判(pàn)斷(duàn)哪(nǎ)部分漏氣
Air leakage check: Pinch the left and right connectors of the electrolytic tank respectively. Observe the flowmeter to see whether its indication drops and determine which part leaks.

例(lì)如流(liú)量計指示(shì)正常(cháng),但(dàn)發現(xiàn)溶(róng)板沒有氣泡,說(shuō)明(míng)爐(lú)體(tǐ)的(dí)氣體根本沒(méi)有進入電解(jiě)池。一(yī)般(bān)為電(diàn)解(jiě)池膠塞(sāi)或(huò)幹(gān)燥管膠(jiāo)塞沒有塞(sāi)緊,
For example: If the flowmeter indication is normal but no bubble is found on the solution plate, it means the gas in the furnace body does not enter the electrolytic tank. It is generally because the rubber plug of electrolytic tank or dry pipe is not tight.

3,當(dāng)儀(yí)器結果出(chū)現(xiàn)偏(piān)差(chà)後的調(tiáo)整
3,Adjustment of instrument in case of deviation

儀器(qì)本(běn)身沒(méi)有(yǒu)故障,但(dàn)隨(suí)著儀(yí)器常(cháng)年使(shǐ)用(yòng),各元器(qì)件老化後(hòu),測試結(jié)果可(kě)能會(huì)有(yǒu)所(suǒ)偏差(chà),這(zhè)時就需要重(zhòng)新(xīn)校正儀(yí)器。
The instrument itself has no trouble. However, after being used all year round, the components become aged and the test result may have deviations. Then it is necessary to re-calibrate the instrument.

首(shǒu)先選擇與平時測試的(dí)煤(méi)樣(yàng)硫含量(liáng)相(xiāng)接近(jìn)的煤標(biāo)樣(yàng)來校正儀器,這(zhè)樣校(xiào)正(zhèng)結果更(gēng)準確(què)。儀(yí)器內部(bù)的調整範(fàn)圍較大為(wéi)粗(cū)調(tiáo)。麵(miàn)板按鍵的(dí)調整(zhěng)為細調,但調整(zhěng)範(fàn)圍較(jiào)小,一(yī)般盡量(liáng)調(tiáo)整(zhěng)內部。內(nèi)部通過綫(xiàn)路板上的(dí)一個沒(méi)有點紅漆的電位器調整(zhěng)。麵(miàn)板(bǎn)則是修改精(jīng)度(dù)鍵的數(shù)據(jù),按(àn)精(jīng)度鍵(jiàn),顯(xiǎn)示“J”,這(zhè)是調(tiáo)整整(zhěng)體係數,範圍(wéi)是0900~1100之(zhī)間(jiān)。“U”是調整高硫,範(fàn)圍是109~009之間(jiān),109中(zhōng)的(dí)1代表的是(shì)負(fù)號(hào)的(dí)意思(sī),並不(bù)是(shì)數值1,切勿(wù)搞(gǎo)錯。“N”是(shì)調整低硫(liú),範圍(wéi)同(tóng)“U”。
First calibrate the instrument using the coal standard sample with similar sulfur content with normally tested coal sample. In this way, the calibration result is more correct. The internal adjustment range of the instrument is large (rough adjustment). While the adjustment range of panel keys is small (fine adjustment), usually adjusting the internal part as much as possible. The internal part is adjusted via a red-paint-free potentiometer on the circuit board. For adjustment of panel, modify the precision data by pressing the precision key (“J”is displayed). This is to adjust the overall coefficient in the range of 0900~1100. When “U” is displayed, it is to adjust high sulfur in the range of 109~009. The 1 of the109 represents negative sign, not the numeric 1. Do not mix it up. When “N” is displayed, it is to adjust low sulfur in the same range as that of “U”.

修(xiū)正(zhèng)方法:按(àn)“精度(dù)”鍵(jiàn)調整顯示到項目(mù),比如(rú)U,按數字鍵輸入數據(jù),按“確(què)認(rèn)”鍵,按(àn)“退出(chū)”鍵,修(xiū)改結(jié)束。
Method of correcting: Press “precision”key to adjust the corresponding item, for example U. Then press numeric keys to input data and press “OK”. After that, press “return”key. The correction is over.

修正(zhèng)過(guò)再次做(zuò)一(yī)個(gè)標準(zhǔn)樣,看結果是(shì)否已經達到(dào)國標(biāo)範圍內,否則(zé)再次(cì)調(tiáo)整

After correction, prepare an additional standard sample to see whether the result meets the national standard range. If not, correct again.
